Mmmmm… tasty Japanese class. I’ve finally gotten off of my sorry butt and registered for Nihongo with Shimizu-sensi at Blackhawk College. Blackhawk doesn’t call itself a community college, but that’s what it is. ^_^ Poor saps think they can convince the rest of the world that they’re a real-life college.
I also went to Anime Iowa for the weekend. Boy, that was fun. I should have some cosplay pictures up any day now. While there, I actually managed to spend less than $100 on merchandise. I didn’t think it was possible. There were about 900 people there, according to their registration records, so Collins Plaza was quite packed.
