My recent acquisition of a video camera comes with some consequences, mainly that I record things that perhaps shouldn't be recorded. Here are a few that you might find interesting:
Watch as I play Bouff!
Bouff is an insane foray into chaos. Nearly 450 steps at 200bpm, with turns, crossovers, and some annoying jump chains. It's one of the more exhausting songs in ITG, so of course, I had to tape myself doing very badly on the song.
Watch as I play Oasis!Oasis looks harder than Bouff, but due to the speed, is a tad easier. The main issue with this song are the frequent rough chains of machine-gun steps; it's hard to move fast enough to hit every arrow when certain parts require five or six steps per second. I beat 90% on this video, so bragging is required.
Watch Ryan get a full combo on Paranoia Survivor (that bastard)!Ryan, I hate you so very much. When most people see stuff like this, they tend to run away. 270 beats per minute: check. Over 500 steps: check. Ryan hitting every last arrow while juggling, yawning, and painting a replica of the Mona Lisa: check. I'll never be this good, but it's fun to watch.
